PVC Windows
All our marquees come in plain white PVC as standard. There is the option to upgrade to a full panoramic window in each 3mtr bay. Each window is able to be fully rolled up depending on weather conditions.
- Linings
Ivory Pleated Linings
Interior linings are a great way to instantly enhance the appearance of your marquee. They can be provided as either a roof only option or a complete roof and wall cover hiding from view all of the marquee frame. Wall linings can still be used with PVC window panels, allowing natural light into the marquee whilst still hiding the framework.
LED Starlight
LED starlight linings are blackout linings with a twinkle star effect LED light system fitted giving a night sky effect in your marquee. They can be fitted throughout the entire marquee or over the dance floor area of a marquee alongside ivory linings. There is the option to have either roof only or with either black walls to complete the blackout style or with ivory wall linings.
Coloured pelmets and overlays
Add a splash of colour to match your events theme with coloured lining pelmets and roof & wall overlays.
Lining reveal curtain
Ideal for blanking off a certain area of the marquee until required for example hiding the dance floor and band set up until the evening at a wedding. Wall only partitions can also be used.
- Lighting
Chandelier Lights
8 arm chandelier lighting is ideally suited to more formal events such as weddings or corporate events and where marquee linings are used. 3 arm chandelier lights are used in smaller units and entrance marquees. Supplied in a matt gold finish. Available with or without dimmer control.
Globe Lights
6 arm white globe lighting which is suited for use with both lined and unlined marquees. It’s an ideal choice for informal parties but can equally be as effective in a formal setting. Single globe lights are used in smaller units and entrance marquees. Available with or without dimmer control.
LED Fairy Lights
LED string lights are very versatile and ideal for nearly all events. They are strung up the full length of the roof and can be used either behind ivory linings or in unlined marquees. They are perfect to use on their own or can be used alongside either chandelier or globe lighting to provide extra light should it be required. Available with or without dimmer control.
Festoon Lights
Ideal for use both inside and outside of the marquee. They can be used to provide a soft light to guide your guests to the entrance of your marquee or are just as at home strung up throughout the roof or along the walls of the inside of your marquee to give a more rustic feel. Available with or without dimmer control.
LED Strip Lights
Ideal for informal public events. Also used in interim storage and catering marquees.
Internal Uplighters
Can be placed around the inside of the marquee to either illuminate certain areas or to just set the scene as they can be set to either a constant colour or colour changing via the remote control.
External Uplighters
A great option for exterior illumination. Ideal to light up exterior features such as trees and buildings at your venue to create great night time scenes.
External Floodlights
Pole mounted LED floodlights used to highlight entrances, car parks or toilet blocks etc
LED Pinspot Bar
Used to create subtle highlighting for buffet areas, dining tables or DJ and band setups and any other important areas at your event. Each bar houses five individual LED pinspots.
Emergency Exit Sign
Ideal for use on public events. Emergency lights with a constant illumination even when the power is cut.
- Flooring
Wooden Subfloor
A hard interlocking floor system consisting of 18mm exterior plywood supported on 2” x 1” battens which is laid straight to ground conditions providing a firm stable surface for your event. Because the floor is raised, this is a valuable option to have when the weather is inclement thus reducing the risk of water ingress to the marquee through the floor. Carpet can be laid on top.
Carpet
Rubber backed hire carpet laid either direct to the ground or on top of the wooden subfloor. Available in dark green, charcoal or dark blue. The option to upgrade to brand new carpet and a variety of different colours is available on request.
Natural Fleck Matting
A polypropylene matting that looks great at any event, particularly those wanting a more rustic or vintage look. Laid direct to the ground with a damp proof membrane and nailed in place or on the wooden subfloor and taped.

Chiavari Limewash Chair
Elegant solid beechwood banqueting chair suitable for formal and informal occasions. Comes with an ivory seat pad.
Oak Crossback Chair
A beautiful chair that is ideal for formal occasions such as weddings and banqueting events. Available either as a stand alone chair or with an optional cream tie on seat pad.
Natural Cheltenham Banquet Chair
Attractive solid beechwood chair suitable for formal and informal seated events. Choice of either ivory or black seat pads.
Gold Cheltenham Banquet Chair
Attractive solid beechwood chair suitable for formal and informal seated events. Choice of either ivory or black seat pads.
White Folding Chair
White plastic chair ideal for informal events and for inside and outside use.
Two Seater Sofa
Attractive faux leather two seater sofa. Ideal for both formal and informal events when a lounge/chill out area is required. Can be supplied in black, white and red. Foot stalls and coffee tables are also available to accompany the sofa.
High Chair
Wooden children’s high chair with safety harness.

Wooden round banquet style table ideal for both formal or informal occasions. Available in the following sizes:

A small 2’ wooden table ideal for many uses such as a cake table.

These tables are ideal for informal occasions both inside and outside as well as more formal settings when used with table linen. Ideal for use as a cake table.

Wooden Parquet Dance Floor
The traditional go to style of dance floor with an aluminium edging. Ideal for both formal and informal events. Sizes start from 9’x9’.
Black & White Dance Floor
A modern checker style of dance floor ideal for both formal and informal events such as themed nights or sixties parties. Sizes start from 9’x9’.
Black Dance Floor
An all black dance floor with an aluminium edging. Sizes start from 9’x9’.
White Dance Floor
An all white dance floor with an aluminium edging. Sizes start from 9’x9’.
White LED Dance Floor
A modern dance floor with built in LED lights that make a great centre piece for your event. Sizes start from 9’x9’.
Disco Glitter Ball
Large electrically controlled rotating disco glitter ball that comes with LED spot lighting. Ideal to accompany any style of dance floor.
Staging
Durable and lightweight high-grade anti-slip decking topped stage 40cm high with a 750kg/sq metre maximum load. Ideal for creating stages, fashion show catwalks, conference podiums and more. Ideal for both formal and informal events and suitable for use indoors and outdoors. Supplied in panel sizes of 1 metre x 2 metre.

Rustic Wooden Bar
2400mm long slatted wooden bar in natural stained finish. Ideal for more rustic traditional themed events. Complete with top serving and middle storage shelves.
LED Lit Curved Bar
Available in individual curved sections of 1500mm with a built in rear storage shelf. Multiple sections can be used together to create larger curved bars to suit your requirements. Each unit is controlled by a remote control from which the LED lighting can be set to show static colours, cross-fade or strobe effect. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
- Heating
Indirect Heater
An indirect oil fired heater. Sits outside of the marquee and with the use of a thermostat and heating duct brings warm air into the marquee to keep your guests comfortable in the colder months. Supplied with fuel for 8 hours constant use.
- Toilets
Luxury Toilet Block
Ideal for both formal or informal events and suitable for up to 250 guests. They are totally self contained and only require a power source. Available as either a 3+1, 2+1 or 1+1 block.
Single Toilet
Single self contained toilet block that requires no power source. Ideal for smaller informal events. Multiple units can be provided depending on guest capacity.
- Sundries
Aluminium Entrance Doors
A glass paned lockable double door. An ideal option to create a more formal entrance to your marquee. A fully weather proofed option, these are great to use in the winter months as you don’t have to worry about the rain and cold weather blowing through an open canvas wall.
Bunting
Can be hung from the roof of any size marquee to compliment any event from formal weddings to casual parties. Is just as effective in either a lined or unlined marquee. Coloured party, red/white/blue party, hessian rustic, vintage floral and pastel colours are just some of the unique styles available. Bunting is also available in colours to coordinate with your colour choice of flooring.
Damask Table Linen
A large selection of Damask table linen available in numerous sizes and colours. Napkins, slips and other accompanying linen items are available.
Coat Rail & Hangers
A black 6’ mobile coat rail and hangers are available. Ideal to use in entrance marquees etc.
Trellis Screen
A wooden internal trellis screen is an ideal way to conceal catering entrances etc from view of your guests.
Generators
External power generators can be supplied to provide power to your marquee.
LED Light Up Numbers & Letters
Mains powered 4’ or 5’ high LED numbers or letters. Ideal for formal and informal events.
Fire extinguishers
