Marquee hire

All of our marquee structures are of a modern design using an aluminium frame. The clearspan style of this framework allows you to use the whole of the internal space within the marquee without having to worry about any internal poles restricting your use as found in old traditional styles.
As the marquee is anchored to the ground through the leg baseplates there are no external guy ropes required, therefore removing the risk of trip hazards and giving your guests unobstructed views of the surroundings.

Using clearspan structures also enables us to cover uneven ground effectively and span obstacles such as bushes and swimming pools to give you the most space to work with on your site.

Our framework is wind load tested to BS6399 Part 2 (1997).

We use modern white PVC canvas which is Flame retardant to BS7837 tested to BS5438 to cover our structures.

We provide structures in widths of 3m, 6m and 9m all on a leg height of 2.3m. Lengths start from 3m and increase in 3m bay increments to any length suitable for your event thanks to the modular design of the frame.

We can also provide half bay sections when space is at a premium.

Size Guide & Capacity

Marquees of different sizes can be linked together to create for example a 3m x 3m entrance marquee on the side of a 9m x 21m wedding marquee. Where the marquees are joined, a PVC gutter is used to ensure your guests stay dry should bad weather arise.

All of our structures regardless of size can be provided as simply as a roof only cover all the way up to a fully loaded wedding marquee with lights, linings and flooring etc.

Contact us either by phone, email or our enquiry form on our website clarifying the event date, numbers attending, type of event and event location.

With the event information we would supply a broad quotation itemising various sizes, amounts and items as deemed suitable for your event as a starting point. This initial quotation would generally be sent out within 7 days.

A site visit would be arranged as a courtesy with no obligation whatsoever. This would help us determine such things as marquee position, size and area suitability. We would also use the time to discuss any other services and options available to you for your event. Following on from a site visit a revised quotation addressing any changes would follow.

Should you then accept fully or in part the quotation, a deposit of 15% +VAT would be required to confirm and secure any booking with the balance to be paid upon installation.

Installation would occur 1-3 days prior to your event, giving time for other services such as florists, caterers and designers etc to set up. Contact is available right up to your event where numbers required for items such as tables and chairs can be altered within reason more or less up to the last minute.

Following your event, dismantling of the marquee and removal of all equipment would be 1-2 days after, giving you time to remove your personal items.
