Get in touch with us today and begin the process to book and hire the perfect marquee for your wedding, corporate event or party. We will aim to respond to all enquiries within three days.

Contact us either by phone, email or our enquiry form on our website clarifying the event date, numbers attending, type of event and event location.

With the event information we would supply a broad quotation itemising various sizes, amounts and items as deemed suitable for your event as a starting point. This initial quotation would generally be sent out within 7 days.

A site visit would be arranged as a courtesy with no obligation whatsoever. This would help us determine such things as marquee position, size and area suitability. We would also use the time to discuss any other services and options available to you for your event. Following on from a site visit a revised quotation addressing any changes would follow.

Should you then accept fully or in part the quotation, a deposit of 15% +VAT would be required to confirm and secure any booking with the balance to be paid upon installation.

Installation would occur 1-3 days prior to your event, giving time for other services such as florists, caterers and designers etc to set up. Contact is available right up to your event where numbers required for items such as tables and chairs can be altered within reason more or less up to the last minute.

Following your event, dismantling of the marquee and removal of all equipment would be 1-2 days after, giving you time to remove your personal items.
